Contact Relationship Management

Our CRM allows you to manage your contacts whether they are individual community members, local organizations, businesses, churches, or schools etc.

For each contact you can track:

  • Contact demographics (phone, address, email, volunteer, board membership, staff, communication preferences etc)

  • Gifts given (in-kind, cash, giving drives)

  • Pledge information and pledge payment schedules

  • Event attended

  • Volunteer hours

  • Follow-up notes and communications

  • Reminders

We will work with you to tailor the application to contain the information that is important to you.

Event Management

Create events to manage fundraisers, auctions or any event where a spreadsheet is just not meeting your needs..

For each event you will be able to:

  • Set goals for event outcomes (attendees, gifts received)

  • Add attendees from your contact list

  • Assign table captains and table numbers

  • Assign paddle number for auctions to each attendee or assign a serialized ticket number to each attendee

  • Create auction inventory used for the event’s various activities (silent auction, live auction, games and raffles)

  • Data entry for the various event activities (silent/live auctions, raffle or other games)

  • Professional itemized receipts to give donors at the end of the event.

  • Reports summarizing event activities

Inventory Management

With our inventory management module you can organize your warehouse at the level that makes sense for your organization.

The following may be tracked:

  • New donations

  • Used donations

  • Item purchase source

  • Inventory adjustments

  • Annual physical inventory

  • Itemized donation receipt for your donors

  • Item values (your assessed value)

  • Print item SKU tags/labels

  • Transfer product between locations

  • Real-time in-house SKU quantities, 

  • Track special drives (ie clothing drive)

Volunteer Management

As part of the CRM, you’ll be able to flag contacts who are volunteers. With the volunteer management module, you can track every volunteer episode with a timecard feature.

  • Volunteers clock-in and clock-out on their own

  • Volunteers can print or email themselves a list of their volunteer hours at any time throughout the year for the current year or prior year

  • Create and manage work parties

Consumer Management

Manage the people you server to gather information that’s important about your population’s demographics.  With this information you will be empowered to provide infromation to your contacts, board members and communities that you serve.


Track the following about those who you serve:

  • Name

  • Family relationships

  • Gender

  • Age

  • Ethnicity

  • Email

  • Zip Code

  • School

  • Grade

  • School District

  • Visit date(s) over time

  • Inventory utilization.

Business Analytics

We've created many reports that may be extracted directly to Excel for each module to provide you with detailed or summary data. Why have a sophisticated IT business solution without reports!  We'll work with you to get any type of reporting you need, after all, it's your data you should use it to your benefit.  Here is just a sample of what we have created so far.
